Major Gifts

Every gift the Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare Foundation receives makes a positive impact, but a major gift can transform our healthcare organization. Planned Gifts

You can create your legacy through Planned Giving. Planned Giving allows individuals to make a lasting impact on the services that Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare provides to the community. By including a charitable bequest in your will, you will help Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare to continue our tradition of caring.

Honor / Memorial Program

Caring Heart Program

Sometimes it just comes down to a certain someone who makes your hospital stay a little bit brighter. Someone who really is interested in how you are doing. You can make a donation in honor of a Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare physician, nurse, or staff member who made a difference to you, share your story and ensure they are recognized for their outstanding care.

Keith A. Fenstemacher Center for Continuous Learning

You can help make Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare a more valuable, educational resource to our community. The Keith A. Fenstemacher Center for Continuous Learning allows Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare to provide a structured framework through which to support learning opportunities, seek funding for educational initiatives on an ongoing basis, and partner with hospital and community members to build a better future for all of us. Business Partnership Program

Become a partner in caring. Your company's support for Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare sends a strong message to the community that you care about the health and well-being of those receiving care in our community. Our Business Partnership program provides your local business or group with an opportunity to support a variety of special events, programs and annual campaigns at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare by making only one financial commitment per year.

Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare Foundation is very fortunate to have more than 25 generous businesses participating in our Business Partnership Program. The program gives companies and organizations the opportunity to support the healthcare system by taking part in annual special events. The Foundation receives financial support that it can count on, and our sponsors know they will be asked for a donation only once annually.

With sponsorship and partnership comes recognition, visibility, and best of all, a way to give back to the community. To acknowledge your generosity and caring as a Business Partner, you receive recognition at several events throughout the year.

  The cherry wood plaque on the wall reads,”In Memory of Kenneth Williams.” Williams may have lost his fight against cancer, but the people he worked with will never forget him. Neither will the staff of The Regional Cancer Center’s Outpatient Infusion Unit where the plaque hangs. Williams was a business manager for many years with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 43. Read more >

The Stomp Out Cancer telethon is making a local difference thanks to your generosity. The 2010 Stomp Out Cancer Telethon is scheduled for Tuesday, March 16, 2009 on WKTV NewsChannel 2. Children’s Miracle Network

Your donation to the Children’s Miracle Network at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare creates miracles by funding vital programs, services, equipment and education that saves and improves the lives of more than 18,000 local children each year. Miracle Home Makeover

A maximum of 4,000 tickets are sold annually for the $100,000 Miracle Home Makeover Drawing to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare Foundation. 

Employee Giving

Each year, Faxton St. Luke’s encourages its employees to make donations in support of their employer. Employees are able to sign up for payroll deductions, make one-time gifts, or donate their time and energy at a myriad of Foundation events. Matching Gifts

Would you like to double your gift? When you make a personal gift to Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare Foundation, check to see if your company has a matching gift program.

Donate Now

When you donate, you can designate where your donation goes or allow Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare to use the money where it is needed most. You can fill out and mail in the attached form with your donation or you can call the Foundation Office between 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday directly at (315) 624-5600 to make your gift over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
